Correction is C2629T, representing a Thr350Ile correction in the expressed protein. Update 5-29-15 corrects additional sequence errors from the GenBank entry and former NEB sequences: single-base A insertion after nt 3766, and G3881A (former base 3880), a silent mutation in the cat gene.
