Yes, IdeZ Protease is active in PBS. IdeZ Protease also works in a range of buffers from pH 6.0 to pH 9.0. There is a significant decrease in activity at pH 5.5 and lower. The recommended buffer is 1X Glycobuffer 2 (50 mM Sodium Phosphate, pH 7.5).
