Capture Methylated CpG DNA (E2600)

Protocol

1. In a clean tube, add 5 ng-10 ug of fragmented sample DNA plus DNase free water to 65 µl.
2. Add 20 µl of 5X Bind/Wash Buffer.
3. Add 15 μl of well-mixed MBD2-Fc / Protein A Magnetic Beads.
4. Mix by pipetting up and down.
5. Incubate the reaction for 20 minutes at room temperature with rotation.
